Recently the Advisory Board got together, and made the decisions for how OKgamers.com is going to run for 2007 - so, please bear with us, as the site will be changing to reflect those improvements, additions of staff and many other exiciting things, over the course of the next few weeks!

I'm not going to lie - it'll take some effort on your part.

Oklahoma seems to be backwater in all the ways that matter, we get styles slower, we catch on slower - something. Either way, we are behind. So, while other states have caught on to the fact a central website is needed, and already worked it into their communities, we have not. So - let's start there.

Spread the word about OKgamers.com. To my knowledge, it's the only site dedicated to being a gaming info central, a place to put up info about your events and tournaments, and put players together.

Next - check out the forums. There are 3 sections you should consider important to find out what's going on -

Tournaments and Events - obviously, if there are tournaments for something your interested in, there is a group of players for you to meet.

Tournament Planning and Hype - Idea's getting off the ground, also mean there are players interested.

Competition Search - if you don't find what your looking for, then post. This simple system gives you and others a way to find other players.
