that is correct, BUT, I'd like to show my appreciation to Saif and all the other Staff members by making it an OKgamers.com sanctioned event and maybe get them to show their faces around OKC every once in a while.
Also, I need to talk to the Store owner to see what day/time we can get it set up. I'll do what I can and keep the website up to date.
As far as 'official blessing' - as long as your running a fun and fair event - you'll hear NO COMPLAINTS from staff about branding it OKgamers. It brings some credit to your event, and gets the word out about the site - it's a win win.
Really - with the way we whore out our official logo in the media section / presskit - and encourage people to use the forums - there's nothing we can do to stop people from labelling events OKGamers lol. But if we don't make it easy, and help people, they won't help us get the word out about the site, or more importantly - use it... So - it's a trade off heh.
Anyway - long story short - if your posting info on the site - you can use the name / contact staff in that area / etc. There are PLENTY of OKC staff / those willing to travel there, I just know personally I cannot usually. I'm trying to get that changed, but yea, not everyone is in Tulsa - trust me
