ok here is some stuff i know for sure doing some research...
1. zombies are going to be back =)
2. you know how in halo 3 you can watch your game after you play it and see the video and stuff, well guess what yup you can do it in black ops =)
3. commando is gone... see ya =)
4. pistols are the only secondary and mabey launchers, they are not sure about it yet but no shotguns they will be primary and im not too sure but i heard the knife will even be a secondary.
5. you wont be able to camp and let your killstreaks carry over from one to the other you have to earn them by killing your enemys without your killstreaks, this will stop some of the camping, and nuke is gone.
6. I dont think they will have camos on the guns, which sucks but im not sure, but they will have custom killstreaks like mw2
