Pathfinder (or Dnd 3.5)
Dark Heresy
Battle Tech
or 4th edition (last resort only)

Any Week day after 5
Any Week end After 5 on Saturdays or anytime Sunday.

I have a bunch of friends who probably wouldn't mind joining too. (Depends on day and time)

As I recall - Sand Springs was "too far" - so you REALLY need to specify range / area of interest / how far you are willing to travel, lol.
