Well It was an interesting time haha.
Weird Venue with some weird people.
It was cool that some kids from Arkansas came down...I only wish there wasnt a hardcore band playing so loud i couldnt hear myself think so we could give everyone the dirty like in the round robin.

THIS SPOT RESERVED FOR RESULTS:

3 teams played in Halo - they decided they wanted both a Round Robin, and a semifinals, and a finals...  So we did that? 

RR had 3 games, times 2 teams of course.

69'ers - 3-3
Online Warriors - 6-0
Against all Odds - 0-6

This put Online Warriors into Finals, where they'd wait for 69'ers to play Against all Odds.  The results from the RR continued, and 69'ers advanced.

...and then we all lost a bit of our hearing, as a horrible rock band hit the stage.  YEA - I'll say it.  HORRIBLE - guys, you were using speaker feedback as MUSIC?!  NO!  NO NO NO.

Anyway - most volunteers and staff died a bit inside, and I was told the stage would be 'tolerable' the entire time - my apologies.

Finals - ended with 69'ers pulling ahead, and Online Warriors taking second.

I'll need to discuss with the TO's what they think about doing an event like this again.  Not too many gamers showed up, but if you guys have feedback, we'll be taking it into advisement.  REMEMBER - keep it clean.


And yea - that was an interesting event - bout what I'd expect from an underground style event, got some reallly interesting footage, will be updating our UStream and Youtube accounts later...

WOAH! everybody slow your roll. It was a 3 person lan with worse atmosphere than Dallas. Arkansas kids obviously dont talk ♥♥♥♥ at tourneys often but here its part of the experience. No one has ever fought and there never will be a fight.

Ill address the teams now.
Against all odds-Lumberjack and The kid next to him didn't talk any ♥♥♥♥ so i dont know why the other 2 feel the need to keep this going at all.  you got 3-0d every time its obvious you guys were not as good. No need for ♥♥♥♥ talk.

69'rs- Once again i guess you guys aren't used to it but thats how it goes. although Against All odds made it personal and extremely unnecessary given the circumstances. You guys were better than them obviously but you guys just need to show up to a real tourney here so you can see what its really like. Have fun in 5th place if you come...all im saying.

There was more ♥♥♥♥ talk at this 3 team 'tournament' then any other tournament I've been to. What Arkansas players lack in skill, they make up for with their mouths, I guess.
