MW2 - Easiest way to rank up?

Well I just prestiged and am wondering what it the fastest way to gain EXP.

Is there a certain playlist that is easy tl rack up points?

I've heard that you rank up really fast in HQ but I wouldn't know from experience.

i rank up pretty fast off of domination. If Im alone I get avg 5,000 exp. but most of the time I try to rock out a team and I avg 10,000 exp...
if your team wins on domination you get an extra 2-3,000. I used HQ on cod4 to level up fast but I have more domination friends on MW2.  ??? but anyways I was just giving my 2 cents cause I'm on 5th prestige.
