Yea, you read it right. We are sponsoring a tournament for a HUGE city event happening in May called the RockNReunion. There is a set place but we personally dont know where that is at the moment. This is happening for sure 100%! But not only will there be a few gaming tournaments at this event but there will also be a Car Show, Live Bands, Guitar Art Contest, Chili Cookoff, Art displays, and Vintage Clothing and Decor!

Equipment:
We will be providing all equipment except for Nintendo Wii's and Brawl copies.

Responsibility:
HxC will not be responsible for anyones equipment but our own. We suggest marking your equipment with your name somehow, whether that be tape and just your name on the tape or a sticker of some sort. However you want to do it, as long as you know its your.

Is it possible to switch the days around? Instead of having GH3 and SSBB on Saturday, can Halo be played on Saturday, and GH3 and SSBB be moved to Sunday? Or is this completely out of the hands of HxC?

I say this because Halo tournaments, atleast HxC, have been known to go until 2+ A.M. And usually the SSBB end earlier (not sure how long the GH3 tourneys last).  But if Halo is played on Saturday I would imagine there wouldn't be a a big show because people usually have work or school the next day, and if the other tourneys were on Sunday they would be done in plenty of time.

Just a thought.

No can do. They want the GH3 tournament on saturday. Now, what we might be able to do is run a two day event and have the first few rounds saturday night and then finish on sunday.

But we cannot switch the days of the tournaments.
