for BLAZBLUE, you will have to turn off EASY SPECIALS, Easy Specials are making the super moves just a flick of the right analog stick instead of doing the full notation, this is banned.

Yes - I can agree about the delay, stupidity...

...however, much like Smash - settings are settings, and need to be done even if you have to back out.  I MUCH rather make a no tolerance rule about doing it through the menus ahead of time than to allow the loophole of 'oh I just started this match to change my buttons, why did you attack me' - bla hbla hblah balh.

I know it seems a bit out there, but better safe than sorry.  If we see a game start - and then restart - we are always confused.  Better to eliminate it as a chance, and require the menu route - don't you guys agree?

should be in the rules, yes. although most people who use easy specials are bad at the game anyways... should still be in. was anyone doing it at the last tournament?

for Tekken, OneDirtyLei or The Captain brought up that you aren't normally allowed to button map for Tekken.

However I went to tekkenzaibatsu myself to look it up (because I totally do it) and TZ totally says that Any Button Mapping that game itself allows is tournament viable, meaning it totally is.
