These arguments make me sick to my stomach.

1. I am 16 so if you're the 15yr old...good one?
2. Nobody is bragging about being a 48 in MLG Yur DownFall, but yes there is a very large difference between a 48 and 47.
3. On the Singles ladder you are lucky to go against someone that is not a 50 in MLG.
4. It makes me angry when I see someone say 1v1s do not prove anything. 1v1s are the true test of skills, but that is a different argument for a different time.
5. I would be glad to team with ANYONE for the 2v2 tournament, I do not discriminate lol.
6. If you are calling me short and fat, then just stop. I do not even want to start the physique conversation.

To kill this quickly
1. He is 18 and is just messing around with you.
2.There is absolutely no difference in 47 and 48 nor is there between a 47 and someone who has a 19 or even a 50, its online and there are too many factors to be taken into account. Online ranks do not matter!
3.1v1 means nothing in Halo 3 once you get to a certain skill point. yes you can prove you have a good br or snipe but in a team game such as this 1v1 means nothing once a solid shot and snipe is established. (I've been in the top 25 in the team bracket but i don't use it as a way to prove i'm good.)

6.You obviously do not know mason aka amp very well so let me say this now. He does not care about you in anyway nor is he angry. He is bored and can compete with the best of the best trolls. So while you think there was an argument there is none and responding to him in a negative way will just make you look silly, which is his point at this point.

I quit 1v1s because they do not increase skill. That is why they fail. 1v1s prove EVERYTHING about individual skill though. They prove the two most important things in Halo 3, BR skill and brains. Once you reach level 46 in MLG it takes 5-6 wins consecutively to rank up to a 47, etc. There is a huge difference between the two ranks. I respect anyone that can reach top 50 on the Singles ladder.

After all of this I just want to say: Anyone want to go to the TCC Halo 3 2v2 with me? I am a legit 48 in MLG, but in my opinion I have the skill of a 50.

Don't mention rank if you dont have a 50. I KNOW i can get a 50 but do i have one? no. and i do not say i do.
Also it depends on you exp and such. Because I have so much exp it takes over 10 consecutive wins to rank up and sometimes more.

And I know you just want to prove you are a cool guy and a skilled halo player who can play with the best and maybe be the best but telling everyone here of you accomplishments is not the place to do it. You will just get bored forum users who could use a laugh and will do anything to get you riled up, i know im one of them. But what you need to do is turn around. Press that power button on your X-box and start sending friend requests out and start playing with people. I know i would never just decide to team with someone judging off of forum talk to just take my advice and get on Live and starting the proving there. No more talk.

Looking at the FB event we've got around 160 people that took the time to say they are showing up, or might.  This also does not factor in last minute, and all the flyers we are about to start papering the Tulsa area with.

In the past - we've also had low results making Halo players pre-reg., thus the lack of it here.  I will say with the prizes, and random door prizes, etc - it'll be one heck of a time, and anyone that doesn't show will likely regret it!

Umm..Do we have to Bring wired controllers? I have a few other questions about this LAN as well.

As for wired - last I recalled they counted wireless with the recharger kit / wire attachment on there.  It's probably to avoid game issues, etc.

there is certainly too much fps talk here... im surprised there hasnt even been much brawl speak, even though we all know its not a real fighter lololol rite

but seriously. i dont like halo at all (why yes i do own all three, why do you ask) but i dont go around saying it sucks, specifically in a thread where most of the posters are here for halo. also, halo and modern warfare 2 are the same game, as is 90% of shooters. a giant robot in a facility in new mexico slaps a new name on the same game once a week and then sells it. it currently pulls in the most profit of all of the governmental programs, and is why we are not really in 11 trillion dollars of debt, but since it is a secret we just pretend like we are in debt. china is also in on this scheme, and get a small cut of the profits

Halo 3 best online shooter PERIOD. MW2 is good... not enough skill .. still a great game. Now Im so excited about this event.... lets see what tulsa got!!!! I know the fighters up there are superb.. not to familiar with the shooters.
