Promotion was coming at the tourney XA, we were going to make it very clear that the event was an OK gamers event since it is an Oklahoma event.

There was 0 doubt about that amongst any of the tournament organizers which is also why we were going to promote HXC lan Center throughout the tournament because of their contribution.

All of the top players from all the states that are coming have contacted me personally, and I let them know the strength of this tournament isn't that it's entirely grassroots but it's backed by a strong, tournament organization: OK Gamers.

This is something that isn't look over by any means--I should know since I"m the person running this.

Pre-Registration for the event is 12 to 1:30!!!  The televisions and setups will be taken care of within that hour thirty time slot   Thanks for your participation, and of course, your entry fee will be waived if you bring a full set up.

Also, I would like to apologize for not checking up on this site as often, but I'm busying trying to provide out of state housing and last minute details such as brackets and seeding.  But, no johns, right?

Anyway, I hope to see as much of the OK gamers community at this tournament.  It will undoubtably be the largest and most competitive smash tournament in the entire southwest for a while.  We currently have five states competing for 1st place at the moment.  It will be fun, there will be plenty of set ups now thanks to HXC lan center, and we were hoping to get OK Gamers staff onboard to help run the brackets/pools more smoothly.  But if you guys can't show up, then I guess we'll have to take care of this on our own?

Hope to see you guys on board anyway.  Thanks for letting us advertise the tournament even if you guys aren't coming, the smash community's never been adverse to the OK gamers community since a sizable chunk of our players are active here anyway.
