With the advent of patch 3.0.8 we'll be able to create Death Knights on ANY server as long as you have at least 1 level 55+ char.  This might open the whole Oklahoma Guild thing up, however there will be a TON of Death Knights in the guild...

I play on Garona, Alliance. So does my brother, two of my cousins, and about 8 of my friends. All in Oklahoma.
