Is there an SC4 tournament or not?  Some clear information in the first post would be nice, and the title needs fixing if there is no SCIV and the date is wrong.

This is in the Tournament Planning section.  This tournament didnt happen due to some personal issues the tournament holder has had. Check the other forum area for the active tournaments.
