Just a little Halo story for ya

So i was online last night playing halo with a good friend of mine, we were goofing around playing FFA and what not on some new Foundry maps and we decided that we should play some double team bc we had not done that in awhile

(just FYI the friend i am referring to is LickMeGrundles/JWhopWithCheese some of you know him and have played with him before)

Anyhoo so we decide to play some team doubles just for fun, couple of games and call it a night. And well what happened after that was amazing to say the least.

He was on his roomies gamertag and was a big bad level 6, me being a 36 we knew we were going to run into alot of boosters and figured it would be fun to beat a few of them and laugh about it.

Well we play a few games and we are utterly destroying people laughing about it the whole time just goofing around well before we realized what was going on we had played about 3 hours when we realized we had not lost a single game.

We ended up winning 34 straight games before finally losing 25-24 in our last game

A few numbers from the night; totals from all our games


*800 Kills
*284 assists
*352 Deaths

+448 for the night

2.3 KPD combined for the two of us (this is not including the games we were winning so bad we killed each other to pass time)

6 games where kids straight quit out before the game finished

5 different kids with MLG in their GT (side note all of them got destroyed)

1- the number of great new strategies formed from the evening
        *On opening break for every game on Narrows our first and only goal was to rush their Mauler at which point i would just run around top mid doing my best G Wade mauler whoring impersonation

2- the number of amazingly ridiculous quotes from the night
      * Th3 R3ligion- (after discovering the mauler whoring strat and picking up my first double kill with it) "hey yo have have you seen that vid '2 maulers one spartan?' "

      * Grundles- after beating one of the afore mentioned MLG kids for the third straight times "Seriously switch playlists right now we are tired of destroying you"

5 Hours and 13 Minutes of undefeated playing

34 straight games

24-25 the score for our first loss of the evening and we came back from 24 -19

All in all one of the funnest/most ridiculous nights i have ever spent playing Halo

wow, i have to pray just face people bad enough to lose like that against.(normally like 45 captains with a brigadier on the other team.)

lol, that got me inspired! im gonna play some halo now, if any1 wants to send me a FR and we'll play some MLG or slayer...or somethin.

I've been looking for an excuse to register on these forums (I creep here and there), and finally I got one.

Last night was insane.  We crushed kids.  Mothers were called, tears were wept.  We stole their BRs and, leaving them defenseless, shot them with their very own weapons.  Mushroom slaps would've been involved if Bungie gave Master Chief the capabilities.

I'm contemplating making a montage of all the games, Matt, just like we always talked about with our epic 1v1s.  I think a 2v2 montage is more appropriate considering the circumstances of last night's Streak to End All Streaks.  Yes, I have no video editing skills, and I have no idea how to turn the game data into actual video footage in order to edit it in the first place, but I'm willing to learn.

Oh, and don't refer to me as JWhopWithCheese anymore.  That terrible page of my Halo history is torn from the record books forever.  My 'tag is GrundlesCarries now.

well... commanders arent all that good unless they have like a 46(me!) but really the ranks arent much important, like a brigadier could just let his team do all the killin while he sits back since hes so bad =P(no one i know, ust sayin ive played those kind of people.)

you could use a capture card, ive heard dazzle is pretty good quality video-wise.

haha surprising, once in a long time you lose because of lag. that happens to me most games though.(especially with generals)

oh and if i do have some1 to 2v2, we might wanna have a little fun...i guess i wanna see how good i am
