Cuz thats where most of the major gaming community is in Oklahoma. Dont worry though when the LAN center opens here in OKC itll be better  :)

Ha, an all-around gaming tournament? I've thought of hosting something like this once, but I didn't think anyone would be interested. I'll cook up a line-up suggestion later, though either way i'd smoke the competition  8)

I think it should be all FFA games, or just games with no teams. That way, just the best all-around gamer wins.

Tournaments STILL happen in both cities that people don't have any idea about - I hope eventually the word will spread on OKgamers enough that when people start publicizing a tournament in Oklahoma - they'll hear about OKgamers and post it...


Anyway - Tulsa has 'alot of tournaments' because we have dedicated people to throwing tournaments.  Want more events in OKC?  Work with OKgamers staff, become staff, work with Th3 R3ligion, and make it happen!  That's how Tulsa gets our tournaments, being dedicated and working with the efforts I come across with and through OKgamers.com - there is no magical Tournament Fairy ;)
